Working in this group is a very difficult task, there is more politics and less work here, the plots here are very partial, they give increment and promotion to their own people only

Dislikes

When I joined this group in August 2024, they stopped me and assured me that they will increase my salary by December 2024 with a written assurance. Yet it is now February 2025 and there has been no increment till now.

Likes

Medium work environment and culture. Training teammates are supportive. Company policies are not good they won't give any salary hike and bonuses even they won't permit the work

They won't increase salary and not giving work permanent

Caparo is a good corporate organisation with an organization structure and hierarchy

like any onther manufacturing industry they have toxic work culture and unreal expectations form their employee allthough there are many strategies and plans for skill development and employee injagement but nothing comes to actual ground level On daily bases you have to go through abusive interactions and blame game from your colleagues and Senior even if ther is less work, people have tendency to keep showing that they are working alot and nobody is busier then them And the favoritism is on another level favorites get all the benefits without even doing anything, all they have to do is licking their seniors but

Caparo is a good company. Freedom to do work. There is no work pressure.

Dislikes

There is no doubt and disliking anything because if we have willpower and confidence. We can achieve anything whatever we want. It's my opinion. So nothing dislike.

Promoters try to empower people but then they are misguided by few old employees.

Dislikes

Few old employees sitting in Caparo politics against new employees if they are doing good and ensure that they go out. Very negative environment. Never join this company if you want stable carer.
