Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I'm 4 year working at caparo(2017 to 2021) no one benefits,no increment,salary only give 13k(no pf),some person told I will give order JE but all are use for me,now total management changed,again I will work but i searching better company for my life.. thank you!

Paid 2 month salary when at home. Provide sanitizer and use facemask in company campus.

On job training not provide by company to engineers. Leave provided by company but not possible to take due to higher management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Any one can learn easily. Engineer and Trainee relation is very good.

Salary is not much high, and it will not reach your expectations ( while compared with other MNC tool room) . As usual internal politics. I won't recommend the this company for those who want to pursue Graduation ( full time) after diploma and for part time graduates they can go for this company.
