Nothing everything is pathetic in working in cankids

Dislikes

...nd just one person and every employee is running just to please the chairperson. Zero work is getting done those who resign are immediately given raise in salary whereas others are getting very stagnant appraisals. The senior management makes even the senior employees clean the furniture and fans of the office. Many senior managers run to the local market to purchase stuff for the office. No job security the company can fire a person without any reason. Nothing to gain or learn here, Useless workshops and meetings and baseless talks and incorrect reporting. The management also notes the time when the employee has gone for lunch and when the employee has returned back from lunch. The most laughable issue is that even when the employee goes to toilet gets scolding from the chairperson as to why he has gone to toilet. Utterly chaotic and baseless environment.

There is TRULY NOTHING TO LIKE . Such organisations truly misusing funds raised through CSR funding because of lack effective governance and monitoring on the part of GoI, corrupt bureaucracy, corrupt politicians. Corporates really need to be more vigilant and have proper checks and controls as to the utilisation of their donated monies to really create an IMPACT and fulfill the GAP optimally . Here donor organisations need to act very sensibly and responsibly while identifying and shortlisting an NGO for a grant to design and implement the wellfare progra(s) in the much needed secto(s) to address the gap and not blindly donate to stay compliant under the mandated CSR. The Donor organisations are not aware of the ground realities as to how these NGOs function in reality most are doing good work on papers only and in actual they are harrassment schools for so called beneficiaries and for most of the employees who are genuine, honest and not boot lickers as it's NOT their money nor they have earned it.

Almost everything. Do kaudi ke log hai yaha per especially all who claim to be impactneuers / development sector professionals , leaders . Truly FAKE PEOPLE. Mostly top officials are narcissistic. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A JOB ANYWHERE EVEN THEN I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO WORK HERE YOU WILL GET DRAINED AND FINISH MENTALLY. It's a metal prision.

It's good organization and helping needy cancer affected children. The management has high scope for improvement in financial management, work ethics and acceptance for new employees. Over all cause for which organization is working is true.
