for the result-oriented, people career growth is excellent. Since the organisation is spread across India employees need to travel for M & E, Field Visits, training, workshops and conferences.

Nothing everything is pathetic in working in cankids

...nd just one person and every employee is running just to please the chairperson. Zero work is getting done those who resign are immediately given raise in salary whereas others are getting very stagnant appraisals. The senior management makes even the senior employees clean the furniture and fans of the office. Many senior managers run to the local market to purchase stuff for the office. No job security the company can fire a person without any reason. Nothing to gain or learn here, Useless workshops and meetings and baseless talks and incorrect reporting. The management also notes the time when the employee has gone for lunch and when the employee has returned back from lunch. The most laughable issue is that even when the employee goes to toilet gets scolding from the chairperson as to why he has gone to toilet. Utterly chaotic and baseless environment.

Learning, field work, opportunities to work in various projects and various field, on the job training, Opportunity to work in team and grow with the team.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, Salary/appraisal are very low, work pressure is high, lot of data maintenance apart form the regular work.

Serving cancer affected needy children and families.

Dislikes

It's good organization and helping needy cancer affected children. The management has high scope for improvement in financial management, work ethics and acceptance for new employees. Over all cause for which organization is working is true.

It is not culture of performance based organization but rather they give money to people are good at speaking not doing and yes Madam and yes sir. If you want to swim against the tide, senior people will find excuse to through you out and senior most support wrong information not able to find right perspective. Otherwise this is quite good organization.
