this place is not for professionals , too much politics , blame game , no working system , in 5 years 20 people left the on same position. and worker level people are not getting increments since 3 to 4 years . if they come to know your weakness they try to not give you increment and facility what others normally get.

Company director is very good person but we can't meet him directly,pays good salaries on quarterly basis, provides good benefits to employees

Dislikes

Work under pressure,long working hrs, HOD'S shows full of attitude to lower employees, but MD don't know all these, Most of expat staff leaving the company within 1 yr.
