The senior Management is absolutely useless, they just brag about their services but in reality its pathetic a cheap copy of a established product. There servies are terrible, the management can ask you to work for any of there established company without a vision or direction. There HR team is absolutely incapable. Had raised a request for a junior team member for the project but the management rejected and hired a senior resourse in a different team where there was no work. The planning is the key area the company lack. The leadership is visionless.

Pathetic company there is nothing only politics done by Chapri people. For educated people company is not good.

Dislikes

Office politics 12th standard pass Director operations who will fire you any time and favour his people only they are there family members. Hr department is pathetic.

It is a good launching platform for freshers. Its digital marketing team has a wealth of experience and the company is heading in the right direction.
