if your reporting Manager is good, then company is good, otherwise it worst. In my case my manager is very Carrying, supporting & having Leadership quality.

...Rating systems in Mid Term & Year End. its a fake system develop by the company. it was already decided to whom may be promoted or salary hike to be given, specially promotion & Salary correction are given to flatterer employees. Unnecessary peoples are hired but never given right salary to right persons & REIT is launched with team efforts but bonus is given to higher management only. HR its self not following the ABC & FCP Compliances.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
