Bekar company hai, think 10 times b4 joining, 3rd class system, indian MD is a joker, European management is racist, no growth, most of employees have 2nd source of income so no one cares to devote for company growth, project delivery is delayed, only selling wfh as a usp else everything is sham in this company, poor travel policies, hiring firing persist, biased value policy, epc screws candi, corruption persist in sales teams, no safety on site, site employees bhagvan bharose hai, travel expense disbursal late, finance controller cribbing for 50-100 rupees with employees on travelling expenses

The company needs improvement in areas like asking the employees to come to office when it is work from office so that it can increase the collaboration within the staffs.

Very supportive work environment. Process driven company with good work life balance. You are always heard.

Lack of discipline and respect for work. Few people have taken it for granted and spreading negativity.
