Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Very bad hr policies. No taxation benefits, behaves like a psu but no psu benefits. One off the worse type of companies to work for. The boss is given lot of power and there is no appeal in case of issues.
