I worked Canara HSBC for more than 1 year. Most worst experience. No support from reporting manager and also regional manager. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. I worked year 1year, even a single time managers didn’t visit to my branches because Canara HSBC managers don’t have face to meet bank managers. Most worst company I have ever seen.

Only salary is good. Everything is worst. Don’t work with Canara HSBC and don’t loose your time. Products also worst

Work life balance is good. You will acquire new learning here and you will definitely enhance your skills here. Time to time virtual training is organised. You will get options of fast track and regular promotions here for that you have to make sure to achieve the target.

No clarity on holidays to employees of bancassurance. If banks are opened we have to go to bank even if HO has holiday. If bank has holiday and HO doesn't we have to visit there in HO.

Internal promoters working on lowest salary, Partiality with employees, not support to female employees, specifically after maternity leave no any rule for female employees for location and work life balance with baby.

Poor hiring process of senior HR Jaideep Singh and his team Given the interview, I submitted my documents, but at the time of package discussion, HR never called back for package rectification because their company is not relevant to giving packages to the new joiners, but they want them to work on fewer packages and be available for work every day of the week, 24/7.
