...le culture. Even top management is just busy in politics and finding scapegoats. Pay is peanuts and zero work life balance. The leaders have no respect for employees or their personal time. This is one of the worst organizations one can ever work for.

The way HR fools you by not disclosing their so important company policy. Giving you high salary packages, as a trap.

..., ICICI prudential, but nothing .. seriously nothing is worst like this company. Their reporting managers don't know anything about the process but they only know how to cut your salary... Everyone is here to blaming you only that all your fault. Before joining here I was a good performer in my job i know how to work , in my previous companies I have lots of achievements, but after joining here I loose my self confidence, I loose my mental health, I loose my peace of mind. And all this I got within 4 months of joining. I have resigned here and not expecting to join this company again ever in my life, worst worst worst experience. I will never let go here anyone from my friends and my reference. Suggestion for everyone. I don't have option to give less star than 1 . Every feedback here which show more than 3 star is could be fake or from the higher management or HR or the any lucky person here who got business easily. Worst product they have. They do so much miss sale in branch. Numbers of complaints have registered against their of miss selling. If you are able to do miss sale or Miss guide to the customer, only than you can stay here last long otherwise I bet you.... You won't stay here for long.

... band 8 in covid situation co has started 4 lac medical policy... Its good ..... 7 days working, no increament as u know that our ctc is not good i m totally dependent co, currently co hire employees in high package same profile.. Existing employees sitting on same package.. 5 day co policy when i joined now saturday &Sunday working no addition benefit given. ..... Ok what to do. .

I worked Canara HSBC for more than 1 year. Most worst experience. No support from reporting manager and also regional manager. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. I worked year 1year, even a single time managers didn’t visit to my branches because Canara HSBC managers don’t have face to meet bank managers. Most worst company I have ever seen.

Only salary is good. Everything is worst. Don’t work with Canara HSBC and don’t loose your time. Products also worst
