Compensation for the job is good.
Dislikes
Compensation is good, but no growth. The work pressure is too high. Need to work on holidays/week offs and Sundays as well. No recognition for the work done. No design or proper structure.
... band 8 in covid situation co has started 4 lac medical policy... Its good ..... 7 days working, no increament as u know that our ctc is not good i m totally dependent co, currently co hire employees in high package same profile.. Existing employees sitting on same package.. 5 day co policy when i joined now saturday &Sunday working no addition benefit given. ..... Ok what to do.

I worked Canara HSBC for more than 1 year. Most worst experience. No support from reporting manager and also regional manager. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. I worked year 1year, even a single time managers didn’t visit to my branches because Canara HSBC managers don’t have face to meet bank managers. Most worst company I have ever seen.
Internal promoters working on lowest salary, Partiality with employees, not support to female employees, specifically after maternity leave no any rule for female employees for location and work life balance with baby.

Given the interview, I submitted my documents, but at the time of package discussion, HR never called back for package rectification because their company is not relevant to giving packages to the new joiners, but they want them to work on fewer packages and be available for work every day of the week, 24/7.
