salary is not on time Removing confirmed employee from the job. No proper entertainment and celebration No proper training Team. Lunch time not sufficient Leave post 20th should be given to employee Treating as school kid - ask to submit the personal mobiles No proper leads Laptop are slow and not updated. No peace of mind. No job security (Job not permitted ) Good place for customers not for employs working here.

Was given refreshments on the 1st week of every month Funds were given to celebrate onam and other special occasions but that's bare minimum.

Dislikes

No job security No particular date for salary - will hold salary if the performance is not upto the company satisfaction. Internal politics If you are not favourite employee then they will make you suffer. You leads will be given to favorites employees without notice.

Canapprove consultancy have a good working environment. Our organization check the employees potential and always provide career growth to them. We enjoy our daily work by sharing valuable information to clients .Our client satisfaction is our main priority in Canapprove Consultancy services.

As a positive employee I don't want to focus on Negatives .So we are working for further improvement.

I have been working in Canapprove for the last 5 years and we have a friendly environment, excellent atmosphere, frequent parties , outings, and can say it is the best company to start up with and you have got good growth. They support you in all the ways and help you grow. I spend most of the time in my office, people here are professional and I love the fact I am a part of the team.

An ambitious organisation to work for. They have an excellent business model constantly trying to develop and build the values of the firm as well as the staff. Great team to work with. Core principle they stick to is expansion and work satisfaction. The only thing they lack is a proper careerpath and the learning curve. Work life balance is good and wages is up-to our job responsibilities. But really happy to be with the team and wishes for future endeavors.
