Management is a complete joke at Horizon. They break environmental, human right and worker’s compensation rules all the time and could care less. Anyone below Management level (especially middle management) is just a number and can be dismissed and replaced whenever they feel fit. Anyone, below middle management, is not allowed to think or question anything, or else you will be dismissed. Upper management believes ever word that middle management says without hesitation. If you are a thinker, question methods or reasoning, you are obviously after management’s position and will be dismissed. Management are experts with everything even when they aren’t trained (fire “chief” is unregistered EMR, but knows how to treat everything and you must never disagree with what he says, or else you'll be dismissed). Yes man is the way to excel in this company.
