There is no work life balance here. They expect you to work morw than 15 hours in a day. Employee benefits and leave policies are not upto the mark. They will treat their employees like slave.

Well job is secure but where it comes to pay raise cibc bank is not good in that, first up all as a level 2 employee pay rate is very low with this low pay rate its hard to survive with family and kids, they should increase resonable amount of money which make sense.

Dislikes

As it's too much favouritism in this bank it doesn't matter how much you are capable to do hardwork but at the the end of the day people are chosen for growth who is favourable to managment.
