Terrible work life balance, meagre salary package, every day over time working, no proper employee appraisal. Promotions are dependent on the whims and fancies of the cluster head only. No one will recognise our talent and skills.

The company has one of the worst work cultures I have ever experienced. Most of the processes are manual, and the organization is at least 20 years behind in terms of technology. There is a complete lack of ethics and no sense of security for women employees. Working hours are excessively long, often extending from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Additionally, there is no provision for training or skill development for employees.

Very bad company ... No promotion no appraisal.. very toxic work culture .. In this company, only those people are promoted who have power or have any of their relatives in the head office. This company is useless for normal people.
