CAMS is a good company if one wants to gain experience regarding mutual funds, work life balance is good, provides many welfare benefits. It is fixed 9 to 6 job if anyone wants a stable effortless life.

.... You just have to attend the calls and give information as provided in scripts. Salary is very less for freshers and increment is as per company norms and not performance based. It takes a lot of time to promote to senior position.

Nothing during corona time the managers where having pressure that process will be shut down then they gave dhamki that you will be kiked off if you didn't dialled 200 calls and give 50 connect in 25 informed calls . Every day the thirdclass teamleader to protect her job terrible yelling at us kam se nikal denge thirdclass giving priority to their caste people

Everything salary was very less experience bwas more but no hike just 500 700 rupees hike 50 connect do or else don't logout attendance will be marked as leave no peace of mind third class people no professional lism chatu people will get hike jealousy every where no supportive people around how you got incentive and all jealousy only good for frsher experience people it is like hell notgood salary third class team leader manager kotak mutual fund third class

... their employees just for their benefit. They don't think about employee morale. In such situation they have stopped giving salary to many employees as they have cut down the man power.

Dislikes

There are many things to be disliked about this company as they simply target their bso. If you not do as they say then will create such situation that you will resign on your own. There is alot of politics. Clients are not able to pay incentives on time as they promise to do so but they will pressurise you to achieve targets anyhow.

Only the salary part was better for a fresher and fun activities carried out by company. Other than this everything was shit.

Management is not proper. HR not supportive and helpful. Fake promises of health benefits.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
