Awful and inadequate training Worst senior Management- The managers are not at all friendly and they dont even treat you like a human being. All they care about is the task/ work to be done. They dont care about your mental health and will constantly shout at you and mock you. Even the coworkers themselves hate the managers. Its just incompetent people running the whole place. Awful timings- If you're a male and you are placed in the brokerage team then you will be leaving late every single day. The managers hate when people leave on time and would want you to stay as late as possible. There were even instances where the employees in our team themselves stayed in the office for 5 whole days without going home inorder to complete their work. There is absolutely no work life balance and you are not going to like it if you are in the brokerage team. Your work hours are constantly monitored and the system in which you work on records how much time you've spent w.r.t your work and if you happen to have idle time showing in the records then the manager will give you an earful. Due to this most of the freshers usually quit after a year. Overtime would not be approved on a timely manner and you have to keep asking your managers to approve it and same with the approval of leaves

Very Low Salary after appraisal also no good hike. No Scope of Higher Level of Promotion only those get promoted who is good at "chaatna". No budget they have to do celebrations in diwali or any functions throughout the year

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers

1. 11 Management trainees of my batch suffered and all 11 of us faced set back in our career since we had to make domain change - first of all MF Ops is an unwanted profile in job market with CAMS being a de-facto monopoly and we will have to switch to other domains or banking/bfsi operations. 9 out of 11 management trainees exited within 1.5 years. 1 worked for 2 years and another 2.5 years 2. Management trainee model was a flop at that time with poorly designed(not sure if they learnt a lesson after so much attrition) - we were told that we will be trained cross functionally across purchase, brokerage, lien, SIP , CS etc. But once I was deputed to my function after 10 days of induction, HR didnt look back on us and my incompetent manager mistreated me like anything, started yelling at me right from the beginning and ensured that I hated the job 3. Lot of politics with poorly paid APOs, POs, and SPOs had their own vengeance against me 4. Work life balance was terrible - I came to office at 9 AM and left at 10 PM apart from my 1.5 hrs commute . If I come at 9:30, my SIP manager in ICICI unit would yell at me. 5. I reported all my problems to HR, no action was taken. HRBP has never visited the floor.

Though its been 4 years since my working with this company, I Learn Various skills being associated with this organization, I improve my fast typing skills and computer knowledges and excel works. I Like this company tour facilities and programs, I am confident to worked in other company to use to make this(CAMS) company. its been a wornderful working experience in my team(EDMU). But I Would use this platform to thank everyone for your kind support. I leave this company to my marriage.
