Compensation is very much below industry avg. Have to work 9-11 hrs everyday. Management does not recognize talents or give any sort of trainings, they only want every employees to bring in revenue. Company work culture is terrible .. bureaucracy at it's peak with dependencies lying with people who are irrelevant to the business.. Not suited for individuals who are career oriented, wants to work in new age technology or wants to work in a start up environment. Probably think of coming to this company to while away few unproductive years in your career

Full ownership of products, although you'll be running from pillar to post to justify where your time is going.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, very bad employee culture, lack of coordination or collaboration, poor compensation and increments, bleak future outlook as the company's revenue figures are not growing

You stay longer, you become stronger is applicable everywhere but not in CAMS. The longer you are associated you're considered to be an useless person

Dislikes

Work life balance is good, but compensation has not grown for 15 years in keeping with inflation

Very Low Salary after appraisal also no good hike. No Scope of Higher Level of Promotion only those get promoted who is good at "chaatna". No budget they have to do celebrations in diwali or any functions throughout the year

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers

Salary growth is slow
