In lockdown they pay the salary to all the employee who are all working. That's the only reason I liked the CAMS

Lot of things. NO career development and skill development, there is no good benefits to work there. Training for job is not satisfied for our batch members.

Can leave home on time also like the employee re-hire policy here, but growth in carrier nd salary does not meet 3 digit even aft years experience

Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers

Everything The work pressure they put is huge and the salary they provide is least. I worked under a guy named Sadham as my manager that guy is the worst of his kind. He won't take manpower or responsibility that idiot don't even know the process. 5 people have to take 1,000 calls a day that too that backend team will be asking too much of documents. They won't even support you in terms of leave for the pressure they put

Work life balance as you can leave after your work is done

Very less salary. Gives IJP to freshers but never raises salary. U wld get tired doing your work n leave n they get freshers to do your job without giving pay n on paper designation
