People at CampusMall are good you can expect help from colleges but no help from management

...year. Company has doubled the over all revenue and the increment are like 5-8% No bonus. In the name of bonue we get a box of sweet. No HR activity or employee engagement activity. You are expected to work on Sundays and public holidays but you don't get any over time remuneration. If you take a leave it is shown as you have done a crime Previously the organisation use to be very good in culture but now the hitlership has overtaken.

If the junior get knowledge and adopting more new skills, Then Seniors get jealous and play blame games, hide there work and showing each and every single Issue/mistake in front of management. Management trust there core team members but there core team members not trust worthy.

The working culture of any company is described by its employees , here at CampusMall the people are very helpful and humble . They have helped each other in difficult situations and they have each other's back everytime. I have earned a lot of people for lifetime from there.

Dislikes

Job security at the time of COVID was the prominent example. The company decided to let me go at that time when I needed the job security the most .
