No improvement in knowledge, experience & in means of anything. Frequent transfers across the country. Though they mentioned about transfer in their appointment letter, you will get very frequent transfer every 2-3 years(if you don't have any influencial godfather). Internal politics. No support to actual workers. Management is deaf towards groundlevel staffs.
