Terrible work culture, no respect for employees

Everything, compensation is committed something, given something, suddenly management realised that your talent is not useful and Thn ask you to leave within 6 months

Dislikes

1. No set process, no future planning, everyone wants everything on the same day. 12 hours of work excluding breaks is a common practice. 2. HR is worst. No transparency between the company and employees. 3. In the whole team meets, the CEO discusses the "biz" just to tell the company of the new course is launching. ( this is not a business update. There is no update on revenue, number of students/overall business, fundings which ideally every start-up do now. 4. No perks, no benefits, no laptop, no official email id. Basics are missing. 5. No team building/cultural activities. The whole focus is only on work. Transactional behaviour.

Just don't work here in this Organization (Camp K12) Its been more than 4 months since I resigned and the HR does not respond on my mails and calls to get my F&F done. Founder is pathetic too.

The work culture and wfh environment and learning new things on daily basis. Every day is different.

Dislikes

The work hours are extended sometime and less pay and incentive. No gifts on diwali or and other occassion.

I was hired as a developer but asked to be a curriculum designer and instruct in various camps. Being my first job, for me, it was an awesome exposure. I was given the chance to learn new tech and implement them in the easiest way possible. Office boy/House boy cook lunch for all the team members including the founder and CEO and everyone will eat together. Mostly the same food, but its good to eat together and no need to worry about ordering food online or carrying a lunch box.

...riod, you will be given a termination letter instead of an experience letter. 8. No company assets/goodies were provided And was asked to wear formals as my salary is credited, I should be able to afford to buy formal. 9. If you have to work at an workshop on Sunday, there will not be any compensation or bonus or paid leave. You have to join on Monday again. 10. At the time of my resignation, I was the last full-time employee. After that company hired completely new team.
