Lots of interesting projects. Work involves creatign new models for healthcare and implementing them. A nice training ground to create a strong career in healthcare. You get a chance to work wioth large clients and interesting work. Company has not laid off even one employee from inception.

Dislikes

Would like increments to be twice a year instead of once. More training and international travel opportunities to be provided.

Lack of open discussions, inputs are not valued. A culture of paranoia and distrust. Meetings that are fixed in advance are only informed at the last minute with very little time left to prepare. Very high attrition rate - hardly any employee stays for long.

Likes

Despite all the negatives, the CEO of the organization is the best mentor for anyone starting their careers. Even though he can be impatient most of the times, the guidance he provides can pave a strong foundation for ones career.

Dislikes

Organisation culture, which seems very conservative doesn't provide any voice or confidence to the employee. Lack of hierarchy and no distinction between professional and personal time prove to effect productivity of employees. Rather than planning to stay long-term and grow alongside with the organisation, employees, due to unsatisfactory circumstances, tend to just work for their benefit of gaining experience and leave the organisation.
