Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ven for career development. Forcing me to give false progress status to client Salary package difference to same level employees in India. e.g. myself worked as senior projects engineer with n Trichy, another senior projects engineer in Gurgaon with equal experiences had a different salary packages. Unqualified person I e. Bending m/c operator elevated to engineer and senior engineer.

No HR policy. No job security, they can close at any time without compensation. Salary appraisal procedure not good. No career development in camfil. No skill development training to employees. All are in documents only no actual. MD decides blendedly.

Very bad Hr and Md. Only sales oriented company. Only top mangement enjoy the perks. Hr is ridiculous. To much attitude and egoistic person. Very bad behaviour and partial behaviour of HR with employees. specially current Hr

It's an MNC only in name there is a no job security they don't follow any corporate norms few running the indian operations on there own dictatorship and making all sorts of irregularities .
