Typical Desi Indian management seems not high on qualifications holding such positions Toxic unclear and politics in nature Sindhis (community) mostly in management favouring each other and looking to favor more of them appreciating only sindhis rest are useless or use and throw It will be a wastage of time and effort They will backstab you very uncertain and very soon

The company is open to innovation and views of front runner . if their is no interference of you line manager.

It is the place were the top heads like VP and head of departments and the HR , should have meeting every half yearly . because of certain line managers the business had lost and the front runner loses his / her confidence . And he/ she is not recognized their by their works , been welcome is given to them who are pampering them.

Their Unprofessional approach towards their employees as no transparency is maintained between employee & management by senior level people / Major Trust Issues / Dirty politics which clearly impacts employee's survival in the company / Firing employees without a valid reason & justification has become company's prime moto to ensure the favoritism / Company is Bad pay master as zero hikes in last 2 years / lack of growth ooportunities for employee / Biased culture / Core Indian senior management in CUP is responsible for this messy & Dic- Tat culture / Employee benefits & friendliness are zero & completely missing

Nothing in particular, lots of false hopes, no implementation whatsoever

Dislikes

No training, no motivation, very hierarchical, no defined flow of work, politics, higher management does not bother itself with addressing core problems, in all a very poor experience.
