I like how our UK conterparts treats us equal and give us all the opportunity we deserve.

Dislikes

Very less interference of UK management into our IOC centre, which allows managers to play politics and favouritism.

No training, no motivation, very hierarchical, no defined flow of work, politics, higher management does not bother itself with addressing core problems, in all a very poor experience.
