Dictatorship, Toxic environment, top management backing up each other fault and suppressing employees voice, lack of transparency, personal bias in promotion and increment

Nothing, they can fire employees anytime by putting in performance improvement plan for a month. All their policies like EDIB, it all are rubbish. If u raise voice against them then will get u fired. So please think 100 times before joining such an worst organization.

horrible working experience their policies like EDIB etc are rubbish, i have raised my concern about biasness in appraisal and other things which i had faced as a result they have put me on Performance improvement plan, due to which i have resigned. Human resources department specially the Simran Kalra department head of Human resources is just like puppet of vertical heads.

Although i had worked there for a long time, but i didn't find anything which i like the most.
