There is nothing to like in this company, fully corrupt team which they ask for bribe for job security, Because of I denied to pay the bribe they fired me by giving a performance issue

Dislikes

No job security, no on going projects, for everything HR team & the team leads will be in the favor of the people who pays them bribe, no hikes, by paying the money there is a lot of back door entry of employees is going on in the company, by taking the money management is hiring unskillful people and pressurizing them to learn themself and after 3-4 months they will remove them by giving performance issue and again they will hire the new people by taking bribe.

They allow us to work on latest technology, If you wish. Explore latest technology, which they can adopt to the ongoing projects and which can reduce the cost.

Dislikes

As i said, when they allow us to work on latest technology, but they don't give training/skill development. There's no scope of Personnel development, they focus only on project development. Majority of the managers are technically outdated. Some time it's very difficult to make them understand. Majority, they preferred people from Andra and Telangana.

I had a good experience with CTE as well as still have some good friends from that company...had learnt lot of things for an ex.i learnt telugu and kannada to speak which is helping me now

Unprofessional company they hire for one role and they make you work for other roles very bad work culture

Unprofessional company they hire for only audits once audits are done they fire they hire for a role and make you work for other roles you will be frustrated very shortly
