Good place to work if you can work on nominal salary. No increment given since two years. But you can balance work n life. Management is flexible if you want leave or any such thing

I workd with dedication and commitment, for 10 years.but I understood that we are treated as daily wages, we are totally disappointed with out salary since April 2020, We strongly belived that they will pay us,so we did online classes regularly to our students, but we are neglected badly by our institution. We suffer badly due to financial crisis. But still continuing our online classes for the benefit of our students. Hope God will show concern towards us. Thank you.

Got some good colleagues and mentor to work with.. Had a great experience and learnt a lot . However, the school didn't support teachers financially during the pandemic. Work pay ratio was utterly imbalanced
