I had to quit my job due to COVID and they are not even providing me with an experience letter because of which am not able to work anywhere else.

Dislikes

New employees like me were given tons of work load whereas the old ones were on the lighter track. Also they didn't even give me my appointment letter and experience letter. So, now I don't have any proof of working there.

Well I like the way how ample of opportunities I got while working in this organisation which amplified the growth in my career.

Dislikes

Too much of work pressure here actually doesnt allow the employee to focus on the actual goal that is to teach.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
