...oject change almost impossible, limited growth. Company policies very unethical. Company blocks the half salary in notice period for recoveries, that too first month(of 2 months notice period), which is inconvenient. They will give you performance bonus, but will sign the bond for 3 years, in case you leave company , you have to pay back this performance bonus, that too when your salary is held back.HR are very inactive, hardly will you get response on time, even mails are not replied back. Here there are many untold rules, like you have to work on multiple projects, once you have some experience, you should be working with any technology, promotions/awards or any concerns given attention only if you decide to leave company.

This company should be called CalSlave and not Calsoft. I feel this is my stupidest mistake to join here. No pros.

Dislikes

...lunch times, they will move their meetings to day/night whenever they feel like. If you do not obey something, you'll be threatened everytime for you salary. For everything there is an LOP warning. Client is a God to them and they will let you die before they "disappoint" their client. Projects are rubbish. They will move you from 1 project to another like a chess piece. The "middle men" here hold personal grudges over on you for nothing. DO NOT JOIN this place if you want mental stability.

- bad infrastructure (no proper working desk, no proper canteen, canteen seating arrangement is too poor, no recreational area) - below average medical coverage. - project changes frequently. - you'll get projects based on their choice not based on your skills. - because of frequent change in projects, you'll be on bench in between and this repeats every 6 month. after every few months you'll get frustrated. - Job stability is not there.
