Clients and managers are good but still they are managers they will micromanage you

Hr department is awfully and the owners are awful salary is less also there is incentive but their are lot of criterias for incentive so just keep in mind don't negotiate for salary because in some month if you are not able to meet the criteria by even 1% you're only left with your salary.
