Salary is good, people at unit level in delhi are good and quite flexible and maintain good friendly environment. But the management team at Hyderabad is terrible.

few members of the management at Corporate level are biased in assessing your work . Because they want to have the spoons around even if they donot work.

Career growth opportunities are very high. Good performers will get noticed in callhealth. It’s the only one company in the universe which provide all the health care services in one roof. Lot more things we can learn in CH. Work environment is very flexible and the management is very good in supportimg the things.

Compensation is very less apart that everything is good.

Company vision is good. Colleagues supports a lot and will be a lively environment.

Compensation and growth both are slow. Work pressure is high and there is an micro management. No job training is provided. Its an flat organization but no where we can find that structure.

Nobody stopped me from taking a new initiative; I got full support of my managers while doing my job. Lots of experimentations I have done and it has developed me as a professional farther.

Dislikes

There was almost no job security. They hired me and many others as consultants offering a very good package, there was a promise of regularizing the employment; but those promises were never realized.
