1.Toxic work culture. Even God come to work in calitron can't stand up front of owner(AZ). They made such a toxic work culture. 2.They do not give employee sallary on time. Employee always face problem for sallary at the month end. They give sallary on 7 of next month. 3.Lab has completed 25 years. But no permanent employee there. 4.Work load is more than sallary they paid. 5.Owner do not have basic professional ethics. Rude and arrogand behaviour with employee and sometimes with customer too. They treat employee as slave. Yes slave. 6.No skill enhancement. Quality of calibration is very poor. Sometimes they provide certificate withought calibration or with old data.
