10th pass students can easily get a job here. Staff room and meal twice is provided by the company. Incentives are good but needs to meet the rating target.

Sometimes the work environment becomes messy because of the too much people in the outlet comes from a similar language or state when one joins different organization and from a different state, city from there place they will be little partiality. Rest it's a nice environment to work .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
