Worst work culture, site head shouts and use abusive language, too much pressure, bad politics, lots of confusion as Site Head tells something then management tells different thing and both don't give time and shouting shouting, insults people

Very high deduction in salary Needs some improvement in facilities to Hoping after project this will stream line

Site head is excellent. Although there is lot of learning. Work assigns are giving us lot of ownership and learning in all sense but salary are low in that case . As company is growing expecting good facilities going ahead.

Policies are not in place. Good HR practices to be adopted.

I truly don't understand why people in this forum criticizing the company & site head, especially when environment is positive. The company offers great job security & it's rare to find CEO who is open to discuss issues directly with employees. This speaks volumes about the leadership & commitment to improving the workplace. I personally appreciate the supportive atmosphere and the opportunities for growth here.

There is nothing to like in company. Company is only using our emotions to work.

There is no off like Sunday. Whole day calls and messages on weekly off also even in night calls are continuing.embarrassing in front of lower level employers,food is worst i have ever eat.
