Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is huge cafeteria

There is a lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years on the job training is not given to new joinees

I am from training background, so I love yo provide training that the best thing I fulfilled with this company

Not providing employee benefits to candidate, no appreciations, no gift in Diwali, never asking any support required when someone is sick , Senior is marking absent but there is no checking method from company

Caliber Point is now known as Hexaware situated in mihan Nagpur I worked there long time ago while pursuing my MBA 4th semester...environment there I will say a cool one...management is quite cool and project leaders are good souls...which anybody wants to work with...building infrastructure is very good looking and a pleasant to watch...only requirement is good typing speed....
