...oper portal for application of leaves. It is entirely upto the manager's desire. Also there are no extra pay for working on weekends and almost every week we have to work on Saturdays for 1 to 2 hours. There is no shift timings and the manager will call you up anytime he feels and demand the work to be completed that time itself.

Dislikes

The management is not at all considerate towards the Employees and consider them to be expendable. The workload is tremendous and almost takes 10 hours everyday to complete. The managers are also very demanding and rrgularly call you after shifts to get work done.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 8 manth befor which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Very bad experience I have received from Calibehr no proper support from here they pressure us to work on Sunday's really very bad experience so quit this company

Pressuring for employees very much, so the reason almost me my friends quit the job when some company is hiring for the candidates they should have some good thoughts for them but here my godness, and coming to salary part before was no deduction was happening but after some months started deducting 2 or 3 thousand almost bad experience
