work culture ,compensation benefits, salary system etc are good ,but not job security every year hire new candidates for each post hence no stability in company

appraisal system is not good , giving target & terminate employees is very bad policy in company, senior simply sitting & observing below staff nothing giving any output for company ,middle level operation staff doing work hard & credit taken by senior management of that dept .

Good work environment and company culture. C Suite levels are supportive and encourage teamates to grow and push their boundaries. HO has a enormous cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, benefits and compensation on time. Best part, medical insurance is provided

...amily run business, hence it's centralized and others are limited to use powers. Salary is decent however appraisals are your luck. On the job training is not given, you have to learn it by yourself.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Work lefe balance, salary, promotion, job security, The manager does not know the policy of the company and does not support if you say anything to HR. He only listens to what the manager says and does not follow any rules and regulations. Even if you say anything to Assistant manager, he has nothing to do with it. Worst company in my career

Everything is good and perfect in calibehr expect the salary hike... Is very less... That's the only reason people are resigning...
