I have worked on the payroll of this company for than 4 years ..... initially my manager was nupur gautam....at that time there was a good work culture.....and also she motivates all employees....and most important she valued her all employees...but after she resigned all things changed

...a factory...there is no work culture.....they asked to come 7 days in a week ...on Sundays and if anybody not comes on Sunday they cut the salary of Sunday.......so...this was so frustrating..... specially under this manager

Salary never on time , no bouns, not even any fastival gift, when I left the job they kept whole my incentives and my 20 days salary either I'm the best in my whole region
