I have worked on the payroll of this company for than 4 years ..... initially my manager was nupur gautam....at that time there was a good work culture.....and also she motivates all employees....and most important she valued her all employees...but after she resigned all things changed

...a factory...there is no work culture.....they asked to come 7 days in a week ...on Sundays and if anybody not comes on Sunday they cut the salary of Sunday.......so...this was so frustrating..... specially under this manager

Calibehr was not supported when Shopx shut down their business due to Corona issues,not provided a new job and don't ask again for others opportunity.
