work culture ,compensation benefits, salary system etc are good ,but not job security every year hire new candidates for each post hence no stability in company

appraisal system is not good , giving target & terminate employees is very bad policy in company, senior simply sitting & observing below staff nothing giving any output for company ,middle level operation staff doing work hard & credit taken by senior management of that dept .

Very bad organization to be associate with. Managment deducts salary unnecessarily and no job security. Lot of backstabbing and backbitching. Teammates are self centered. Not at all helpful. Bad organization to work with.

unsecured environment lots of discrimination related to gender not happy to work with calibehr

their is a partiality related to gender and they won't provide salary on time... if provided lots of unnecessary deduction . after leaving the company they won't even Provide our PF also..... such a disgusting experience and company ... Happy to left calibehr... never ever recommed anyone

Working environment is good and people also nice, cleanliness is well maintained Most important thing the salary is always on time..

Everything is good and perfect in calibehr expect the salary hike... Is very less... That's the only reason people are resigning...

...ays 365 days no time line anytime managers will call us no traveling money also. In interview salary commitment is different and credited salary is different. But I am so happy to work in this organization
