The NDDB campus . Lots of birds, peacock and parrots. The greenary is amazing !! Employee can have lunch in office cafeteria with INR 40 only per day . Sophisticated instruments are there too.

Dislikes

1) No HR policy or Hand book for employees. 2) Lack of transperancy in hiring.( somebody was hired to be the Section Head but upon joining HR told that one have to wait for that role and no specific timeline given also for that. It is completely unethical from Management to hurt a candidates' career). 3) People are not technically sound enough .For eg:The lady presently leading Micro department and also Quality Manager has no technical knowledge but try to suppress Technical things on her whims .She tries to push her ego and try to justify Technical things instead of logic .

I learned so many things under HOD Swati madam and kailash sir. so cooperative both of them. learn so many things, which is enhancing my career nowadays. Especially giving thanks to Swati madam for giving me a an opportunity for working with residue team.

Dislikes

HOD of microbiology department , worst HOD i have seen in my life arrogant, toxic, not supportive. she is the one who will destroy calf laboratory environment in future, if not replaced.
