Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Mr. Sanjit Dey Sir (Director) was my Boss of this company. He is a very good person and his team is also good. Mr. Prosun Dutta, Sibhnath Nandy, Manoj Da, Mangal Paik, Ratan Da this person is really helpful and good person. There is so much to learn to learn from his office (CSB). I am satisfied working in this office.
