Its encompassing and very pleasant to work there. All the employees are diligent and worthy.

Its a government institution. So it works according to government structure. Sometimes work might get bit delayed due to government norms.

Its a good place to start your research career where one can learn the basic lab techniques through repetitive demonstration and can get in touch with the scientists of the department. It also helps for further exposure. The research maintains quite a good standard.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
