Salary doesn't comes on time. We generally gets on 15-20th of the month, Only Pressurise on Stocking the distributors and also Risk of Machine Recovery Cost is Incurred on Salary of Employees. Even Exit Policy is not smooth

The worst company one can work with. Salary never on time, conveyance never on time. After working for 60 days one month salary is released that too no fixed date. Conveyance pending from last 5 months. They expect employees to work and travel without salary and conveyance. Unethical and fraud policy manager expect you to attend office or vc even after knowing somebody passed away in your family. No promotion no pay hike. Once you get into this organization you are trapped. Pure mental harrasment. HR doesn't have clarity when salary will be released. If you are promised for confirmation after 1 year and a retention bonus you will have to wait for years as they won't give any clarity. Don't think of joining this organization as it is a trap. When you resign they will make your life hell by holding salary and conveyance for no reason as whatever they mention on appointment letter they don't follow anything. Job security is there but what will you do without salary. No salary hike and promotion. Keep on working without salary and of you dare to ask about it they will say keep working we don't have funds for salary. No incentive and no transparency in anything.

... of August. That too no surety of amount. Conveyance was last given in January Keep on working and don't expect salary on time, Promotion,Pay hike Bond is there for 2 years. If you leave the company before 2 years company take that amount. But if you complete 2 year and expect retention amount then you will have to wait for years as HR will say no idea about it.

Honestly , there is nothing left to be liked here , it's a sinking ship.

...d experienced people have left only who are not getting jobs are working here. You will get salary after 20th , technically after 55 days work you will get one month salary, No appraisal from last 3 years, very low salary and buttering bosses culture, work on all 7 days as what manager's choice. You will have to pick machines in your vehicles logistics is just for name, clients will abuse you, bosses will abuse you, material they never have to deliver it to clients, it's a mess ,list is too damn big.

Dislikes

Salary credit days delay and getting local expense after 3-4 month is not deservig for employees. Work environment is not good. Higher management doesn't take initiative for lower level employees. HR involvement is not there.
