Their is only that things good .No 1 is you can develop your communication skills and good hospitality .

No job security no growth no insensitive no good salary..thay give to much less salary .The work pressure is very high but no good salary and no promotion. I have to work for 2-2 weeks regular for 15-17 hours straight in day Mangers do not value.
