Cafe coffee day is a very big chain. Everything is good and the working place was peaceful. we can improve the good knowledge about the coffee

The CCD never think about the staffs growth, they won't increase the increments and promotions, when HOD visits the outlet they won't inform anything to HOD. No proper products availability and no proper staffing.

Its been a great experience to work with CCD. A great team work also defines the culture of CCD. A lot of new product launch by our f&b department on every season. Training team also supports. If we are thinking about our career then its a good place to grow. The major concern is salary and grwoth which is quite slow. Overall great place to work.
