Their is only that things good .No 1 is you can develop your communication skills and good hospitality .

No job security no growth no insensitive no good salary..thay give to much less salary .The work pressure is very high but no good salary and no promotion. I have to work for 2-2 weeks regular for 15-17 hours straight in day Mangers do not value.

The CCD adopts latest technology, I got some training which benefit me in my career growth. I consider myself familiar with information technology and I am also confident of my ability to work independent as well with a team.

compensation is decent,but growth is low.The work presure is very high.I do not receive appreciation from my leaders.The work environment is bad,I want to utilize my skills and abilities in information technology.

...tention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. My family is very worried, so I request the company "Mrs. MALAVIKA HEGDE" owner of this Company "CCD (Cofe Day Global Limited) " to please give me my salary otherwise I will file a case against them in the main court because my salary is not being paid. I requested to you Mam Please. Thank You!
